I would like to say a massive thank you to Ryan Shannon and his team for backing my mare Fefe with such knowledge, professionalism and patience. It was absolutely the right decision to send her to them to be backed and I would not hesitate to send more youngsters to them in the future.
She thoroughly enjoyed her stay with them and with Ryan’s quiet approach and went from being a shy and immature horse who didn’t know what to do with her body to a confident, balanced and well rounded horse ready to move on with her education.
I was bowled over at how confident she felt when I went to ride her for the first time and she was happily walk, trot and cantering in an outline as well as hacking out.
Fefe is now with a new rider who is absolutely thrilled with her too.

We had a great two days at Myerscough Regional Championships in Lancashire, Fernando and Faydirmie ZH both showed lovely work in the medium gold. Fernando was Champion and Faydirmie close behind in 3rd place! we are just hoping for a wild card as he truly deserves to be in the championship.

The Adv Medium was a hott class with some good combinations. Fernando did a super test and although we thought the score didn’t reflect the quality of work he finished in 2nd and most importantly qualified for the championships! 

We are know training towards Harptury and looking forward to competing in the final.

Home from a very good show at the BD nationals with both our horses doing us proud, showing lots of promise for the future.

Firstly both Faydirmie ZH and Fernando competed in the Medium Gold a hot start list with top riders including Gold Medalist Charlotte Dujardin made it an exciting class. Sue and Rob Fearis impressive 7yr old KWPN Fernando (United x Special D) showed some amazing work gaining 8s and 9s naturally a tense horse the atmosphere got to him a little and so some tension in the walk brought his mark down never the less this is a world class horse we have high hopes for.  Calum’s second ride the 7yr old Faydirmie ZH (Zardando x Perion)  owned by ourselves and Cool Equestrian went beautifully finishing in 4th place behind Charlottes three horses. Still very inexperienced at competition Faydirimie’s attitude to perform is truly amazing and the bigger the competition the more he tries, his favourite thing off course is the lap of honour!!!

Faydirmie ZH put in another super test in the Elementary Gold coming 3rd once again just behind Charlotte and her two horses. Couldn’t be happier with him and such an exciting horse for the future.

Super proud of our stunning filly Scilla S ( Santo Domingo x Wynton) being awarded premium foal with a score of 8.3 at the BHHS regional foal and branding show.We are also delighted to announce that our KWPN broodmare Elinsey has been accepted into the BHHS studbook with a score of 8.1!! Very proud Breeders!!

The long journey to Aylesbury was well worth the trip with Calum and Faydirmie ZH winning the Medium Regional Gold championship!! Super proud of this horse as he has now qualified for the Elementary and the Medium at the Nationals!! 

A lovely time at Bicton regionals with both of Calums boys qualifying for the nationals!!!!!  Firstly the impressive 2010 gelding Fernando (United x Special D) owned by Rob and Sue Fearis competed in the medium gold section winning on a score of 71% and then our own and Sara Branch’s pocket rocket Faydirmie ZH (Zardando x Perion) was second in the Elementary Gold with a 71% 

Born just before Midnight a stunning strong bay colt sire For Romance  dam sire Johnson. We have named this handsome guy Federico S he is super cool!!
